VP of Growth and Strategy

The VP of Growth and Strategy will develop and refine a strategic roadmap for asset identification and development, starting with blood cancers, leveraging AI and market insights to prioritize target indications and assets for in-licensing. They will identify and develop strategies for additional service lines, including precision diagnostics and validation services. This role supports efforts to raise additional funds to support the company and leads a team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing in-licensing and out-licensing deals. The VP builds relationships with external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and enhance Refined Science’s reputation.
