Leadership & Development:
- Lead a high-performing Product and Engineering Team.
- Coach and mentor associates on optimal performance.
- Enhance team and individual capabilities and performance.
Collaboration:
- Partner with Data Solutions Leadership Team to maximize strategy and execution.
- Collaborate and advise product teams across Product Solutions Practice Areas to maximize synergies.
- Provide input and direction to key Precision AQ initiatives.
Product Innovation:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product development.
- Develop pricing, promotion, and positioning strategies.
Marketing Experience:
- Develop cohesive marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Create tactics for Data Solution’s products that can be used in different marketing channels ranging from Digital to Direct Sales.
- Develop compelling marketing narratives with supporting data visualizations.
