About the Role:
- Senior hands-on role split 75% data engineering and 25% backend development.
- Work closely with the CFO on financial analysis and reporting, alongside two developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of data across the business, including payroll-related data and a new invoicing system.
- Build pipelines and integrations across Azure, HubSpot, Xero, and Stripe; maintain Power BI and evaluate alternatives.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL/T-SQL and Azure data experience, including Data Factory and Data Lake Storage.
- Backend development with REST APIs, Git, and practical automation skills; excellent English communication.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with financial systems like Xero or Stripe, plus .NET or HubSpot data knowledge.
