Job Description
The Algorithm Developer will lead the engineering, development, and evaluation of algorithms in production, translating product requirements to scalable solutions, while collaborating with backend and frontend teams. They will also evaluate models/algorithms in production and enhance their quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Key requirements include an M.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, at least 1.5 years of hands-on industry experience with LLMs, and at least 5 years of experience in Machine-learning/Deep-learning with focus on NLP. Experience working on products in cloud environments and strong Python programming skills are essential.
