Job Description
The Kiva Impact Intern is responsible for conducting desk research and data analysis to help inform Kiva's operations and strategy with an impact lens. The intern will assist the impact team with key impact reporting needs that require simple data analysis skills. They will dive deeper into analyzing RADAR, GEAR, and Climate Compass results, as well as create reports based on Impact Scorecard and 60 Decibels MF Index data. He or She will carry out correlation analysis between 60 DB and Kiva ISC and data cleaning/management of key impact metrics. They will also create dashboard lending partner visualizations of key impact-related measurements.
