Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest developments in human factors engineering.
- Usability Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of products and processes.
- User-Centric Design: Visualize the potential effects of design changes on diverse user groups.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Factors Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human factors engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts.
