Job Description
In Tandem is seeking a part-time contractor to manage our Activity Pipeline and its associated operational and technical work. This role ensures that our systems, workflows, and communications continue to function smoothly, with attention to detail, safety, and data integrity. The ideal contractor is a detail-oriented operations or project coordinator who thrives in maintaining systems, ensuring process consistency, and supporting a youth-centered team environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting operational excellence by maintaining the Activity Pipeline, utilizing tools like Qualtrics and Asana, attending to details by updating documentation and handling sensitive data securely, and communicating and collaborating with the team. The contract period is from January 2026 to June 2026, with pay at $37 hourly for roughly 5-10 hours a week.
