Job Description
Video Content Strategy:
-Develop and lead a comprehensive video content strategy for various social media platforms, specifically tailored to public safety audiences.
-Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, compliance, and privacy expectations within public-safety operations.
-Track and report on content performance, analyzing views, engagement, and conversions to optimize strategy for maximum impact.
Video Production & Editing:
-Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content.
-Manage all aspects of video production: pre-production planning, scheduling, location scouting, shooting, editing, post-production, and delivery across social and other channels.
-Maintain and organize a content library of raw and edited footage, ensuring easy retrieval and future reuse.
Stakeholder & Collaboration:
-Conduct interviews with customers, agency partners, and internal team members to gather compelling stories and testimonials.
-Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Field Ops teams to identify compelling video opportunities and logistics for travel and shoots.
-Build rapport with customers, partners, and colleagues.
