Episodic Director

Oversee all creative aspects of assigned episodes from script to final delivery of storyboards. Collaborate closely with showrunners, writers, and storyboard artists to shape tone, pacing, and comedic timing. Provide clear and inspiring direction to storyboard and design teams to help elevate the series. Ensure continuity of style, performance, and storytelling across episodes. Communicate effectively with production management to maintain schedules and deliverables. Uphold the show’s visual and emotional tone — keeping the “zany and wacky with a lot of heart” energy consistent. Passion for character-driven, emotionally resonant comedy is required.
