In this role, the Senior Animator is responsible for the realization of complete and sophisticated character performances for both real-time and cinematic delivery, achieved through leading partners in the creation of high-quality animation and in active collaboration with animators, designers and programmers. The ability to directly create high quality animation performances is also expected.

The animator will work with our Learning Experience team! This role is a contract position, and will be responsible for animating parts of our training catalog that are currently live action video or written text. We have an established style weโd like someone to help us build upon with their own skills and experience.
Design, build, test, and maintain character setups. Work with Modeling to create a model that meets technical needs. Work with R&D to craft, debug, and evaluate new tools. Collaborate with animators to design motion controls. Develop and maintain character motion and deformation systems. Develop new techniques and processes to solve character production challenges. Prioritize tasks and keep supervisors informed of progress and roadblocks.
Take camera shots from RLO and install the actual animatable characters and final sets, resolving any issues that arise. Set dress shots based upon key artwork, working with the Art Directors to achieve the desired aesthetic for the set. Tighten up the cameras and support the shots through character animation and lighting, answering questions and solving problems.
At Enveda, this role drives impact by using animation to amplify visual storytelling and translate strategic direction into emotionally resonant pieces. You will co-develop visual voice and motion identity with the Graphic Designer, create short videos for social media, and enhance live-action video with motion graphics. You will also create looping or modular content.

The Senior Narrative Realization Designer will be responsible for crafting story events using a combination of cinematics, scripted moments, visual language, pacing & dialogue. You will interpret vision and work within a larger team to execute at the highest quality level, both aesthetically and technically. You will create & maintain Unreal Engine assets, manage complex interactions between systems and provide a benchmark for quality across the team.
