Backend Engineer (PHP), ClinicCloud Team

Write clean, scalable, and well-tested PHP code within our Symfony-based backend. Develop and consume APIs to integrate Clinic Cloud with the main Doctoralia marketplace and local third-party services like payment gateways. Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle, from analyzing technical requirements and sprint planning to testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Create and maintain technical documentation for the specific localizations and integrations you build. You will need at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role, with expertise in PHP and frameworks like Symfony or Laravel. Knowledge of MySQL, DevOps y AWS is expected. Strong communication skills are also a must. Bonus points if you have experience working with Docker, CI/CD infrastructure such as Pipelines and AWS, and are comfortable working with Git in an agile environment.
