Role Overview:

  • Represent the owner and lead all high-voltage, protection and controls, SCADA/communications, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Own cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk for HV build and commissioning phases through COD and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive weekly schedule reviews, recovery planning, and critical path management with EPC and site leadership.
  • Lead cost management and forecasting, including EAC/EVA updates, change order pricing, and contingency management.
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships with utilities, AHJs, and lenders’ engineers for timely approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years in HV construction and commissioning project management.
  • Minimum 2 years executing utility-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Proficiency in schedule and cost controls, EPC contract administration, and utility-scale HV systems.
