Key Responsibilities:
- Define and validate security controls using frameworks like NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
- Manage identity security, cloud security (Azure), and security tool integration.
- Lead incident response and conduct tabletop exercises.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years cybersecurity operations experience with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure security skills.
- Hands-on experience with Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Intune security capabilities.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet) and scripting (PowerShell, KQL).
Work Location:
- Remote within the United States; strong preference for candidates near Rochester, NY.
- Occasional travel to data centers, customer sites, or headquarters.
- On-call rotation for critical incidents and periodic evening/weekend work.
