Clinical Research Associate I

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites, contextualizing clinical trials and strengthening AbbVie’s positioning.
• Train and motivate site staff and principal investigators on trial goals and patient treatment principles.
• Conduct site evaluation, monitoring, and closure activities per GCP and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Clinical research coordinating or data management experience.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment:

• Field-based remote position with travel in Little Rock, AR; Memphis, TN; Shreveport, LA.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team environment with focus on customer-centric support.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range $75,000 to $142,500 per year.
