Senior Product Designer - B2C

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll lead design initiatives that bring clarity to complexity, helping your team navigate ambiguity, make confident product decisions, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You’ll be hands-on across the full product lifecycle while driving a culture of quality, autonomy, and continuous learning. Lead end-to-end design work across the product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery, designing for native mobile apps (iOS/Android) as well as responsive web. Explore and validate ideas quickly through continuous research, prototyping, and fast feedback methods. Design high-quality experiences through wireframes, flows, UI design, and polished developer-ready specs. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Writers in cross-functional teams. Define success metrics and use data (qual & quant) to inform decisions and optimize experiences. Contribute to our Design System and ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints. Drive craft quality and design maturity within your team and across the design org. Mentor peers and share knowledge, helping the team grow through feedback and open discussions. Balance product thinking with user advocacy, ensuring every solution solves the right problem and influence product roadmap.
