Tax Credits & Technical Analysis:
- Prepare federal and state R&D tax credit studies and supporting analyses.
- Gather and analyze client financial data to identify qualifying activities.
- Research tax law and assist with IRS examination responses.
Accounting Methods & Cost Recovery:
- Assist with capitalization, depreciation, and revenue recognition reviews.
- Support cost segregation and Form 3115 preparation.
- Perform technical tax research on Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
Client Service & Collaboration:
- Communicate professionally with clients to obtain information and provide updates.
- Work closely with managers and partners on tax planning and consulting engagements.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
