Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end clinical and R&D accrual analyses, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
  • Review contracts and amendments to determine impact on clinical accruals.
  • Support internal and external reporting requirements for timely and accurate financial reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred, with 5+ years biotech experience and 2+ years in clinical trial accrual accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, and proficiency in financial software like NetSuite and Coupa.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position with domestic or international travel up to 10%.
  • Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Collaboration across teams including Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Research, and FP&A.
