Engineering Manager, Networking

Ditto is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on next-generation network technology. You will lead and amplify the impact of a team of 4-8 skilled engineers, ensuring their success and career growth. You will be an active part of the system architecture design and collaborate with other software teams within Ditto. Responsibilities include working with product and design to build the team's roadmap, estimating delivery timelines, and setting the team culture by example. This role requires 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams and technical leadership and a background in network engineering. Experience managing a remote team and strong understanding of networking protocols are preferred.
