Key Responsibilities:
- Execute PR and external communication initiatives to support product reputation and brand awareness.
- Manage online reputation through SERM initiatives and branded search query monitoring.
- Write and edit high-quality content including PR materials, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
Requirements:
- Experience in PR, External Communications, or Reputation Management.
- Strong writing and editing skills with knowledge of SERM and SEO.
- Basic understanding of crisis communications (experience is a plus).
