Security Architect

About the Role:

• This role sits at the heart of how we design, assure, and operate secure systems across internal platforms and customer-facing solutions.
• You will work closely with architects, engineering teams, and the wider cyber security function to ensure security is embedded by design.
• It is a hands-on, design-led role involving real delivery, assurance, and decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Producing security architecture designs and conducting threat modelling and risk assessments.
• Producing security assurance documentation and supporting delivery teams with security advice.
• Presenting security designs to the Technical Assurance Board and contributing to bids and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience designing and assuring secure systems.
• Strong understanding of security principles, non-functional requirements, and risk management.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders across engineering, architecture, and governance.
