About the Role:
- Join our Data Platform QA team as a hands-on engineer ensuring quality of complex data platforms and ML workflows.
- Partner with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and DevOps to identify risks early and build trusted systems.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies for data quality, schema integrity, and model accuracy.
- Build continuous validation into automated development and deployment processes.
- Investigate production data and model failures and drive effective resolutions.
About You:
- Typically 6-8 years of software testing experience including 3+ years in data or ML testing.
- Strong programming skills and understanding of data validation and ML concepts.
- Ability to mentor and collaborate across teams.
Additional Details:
- We are remote-first with core hours from 9AM-2PM Pacific.
- All employees receive four weeks of PTO in their first year and twelve weeks of paid parental leave.
