Job Description
Seeking an Audio Driver Engineer to develop high-performance virtual audio systems for macOS. The engineer will design and optimize virtual audio drivers to support advanced routing, mixing, and system-level audio processing, building high-throughput, low-latency audio pipelines that push the limits of CoreAudio. They will ensure real-time performance with minimal latency and high stability across different macOS architectures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including real-time voice engineers and audio researchers to integrate driver functionality into a larger platform. Solving complex challenges such as clock synchronization, buffer management, device aggregation, and multi-application audio routing is also a part of the role.
