Design and prototype intuitive native mobile interfaces (iOS and Android) and mobile-first product experiences. Combine design thinking and brand guidelines to innovate while ensuring consistency and usability across the mobile apps. Communicate clearly and proactively with product managers and stakeholders to deeply understand business goals, user context, and internal requirements. Own every stage of the design cycle, from ideating initial solutions through polished user experience implementation. Conduct product research, usability testing, and experiments to inform and validate design decisions. Actively participate in continuously improving internal design processes, tooling, and design culture. Balance several projects at once, prioritize activities effectively, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates, stakeholders, and peers.
