Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Developer Experience Engineer with a strong focus on AI enablement to make our engineers more effective, productive, and satisfied. This is a hands-on role where you will build, integrate, and maintain the tools and workflows that developers rely on every day. You’ll also be a thought partner, bringing new ideas for how we can apply AI responsibly and effectively in our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developer productivity, pragmatic about tooling choices, and proactive in shaping a culture of continuous improvement. While a heavy emphasis will be on AI-centric developer tooling and training, this role will also encompass broader developer experience initiatives across the software lifecycle. You will also champion the effective use of AI in the software development lifecycle. Define, document, and evangelize best practices for the use of AI-powered tools, and continuously evaluate and identify new opportunities as the AI landscape evolves. Implement and manage a strong technical onboarding program for developers, ensuring new hires ramp up quickly and effectively.
