What You'll Do:
- Own the technical architecture of WellBeam's interoperability platform, defining standards for HL7v2, FHIR, and API integrations.
- Lead technical discovery workshops with health systems and design scalable integration solutions balancing customer needs and platform strategy.
- Drive cross-functional technical leadership, mentoring engineers and influencing architecture across product and engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience, with 5+ years in enterprise healthcare integrations.
- Deep expertise in HL7v2, FHIR, REST APIs, and cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives without direct management authority in fast-paced environments.
