Instructional Design and eLearning Development:
- Design, write, and revise eLearnings and microlearnings that apply adult learning theory and universal design principles.
- Build self-paced learning products using advanced authoring tools and support customized interactions.
- Assess content developed by SMEs and implement culturally responsive exercises.
Media Production and Technical Delivery:
- Produce, record, edit, and caption voiceover narration for eLearning and microlearning courses.
- Review video and audio files to ensure correct settings.
- Manage the publishing and uploading of SCORM files to the Academy’s LMS.
Quality Assurance and Accessibility:
- Conduct quality assurance and accessibility testing at all stages of course development.
- Engage in two-phased Internal Review/Quality Control (IR/QC) process for all courses designed by the LXD team.
- Integrate feedback from IR/QC processes and prepare the alpha versions of fully programmed courses for partner review and release.
