Director, Social & Community

Affirm is seeking a Director of Social & Community. Reporting to the VP of Communications, this role will lead Affirm’s social presence into its next chapter. They will shape how the company shows up in culture, build engaged communities, and make the Affirm story resonate with audiences. This role requires owning the social media strategy, from audience insight to platform mix and content approach. The role also requires building a content program that amplifies narratives and engages the community, while identifying trends and championing new platform approaches.
