Sustainability Program Manager

As a Sustainability Program Manager, you will collaborate with food companies to incorporate sustainable foods into their supply chain. This involves building relationships with leading domestic and multinational food companies, including restaurant chains, caterers, retailers, hospitality groups, packaged goods companies and producers. You will educate companies on the sustainability, animal welfare, and economic benefits of shifting to sustainable options like cage-free eggs. The role includes providing industry updates, connecting companies with suppliers, and offering resources to facilitate their progress. You will identify and engage new food companies through online research, emails, calls, and meetings, working from home with flexible hours and support from colleagues globally, with advancement opportunities.
