AI Lead

In 2024 at Super.com, we primarily saw success adopting AI internally for productivity, such as for internal search, coding copilots, AI assistants, notetakers, and incident management. With the incredible advancements in AI capabilities in 2024, we have a strategic vision to expand our use of AI to drive millions of dollars of business and customer value in our products. We’re also growing our internal AI expertise and capabilities, and shifting to AI-first ways of working. The AI Lead will operate centrally in our org, and will play a key strategic role in our company. The role will formally report into our CTO, and will embed with both technical and non-technical teams across our company and product verticals. The role encompasses many exciting opportunities and responsibilities. Importantly, the role will not be research oriented - it will focus on the integration of AI, primarily via vendors, to increase productivity and drive business and customer value. This role will also primarily be an Individual Contributor role, with the possibility of leading a small team in the future.
