AI Security Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Lead security assessments of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications, identifying vulnerabilities and building guardrails.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to embed security into the AI development lifecycle, from data collection to deployment.
• Conduct security reviews of third-party AI tools and vendors, lead incident response, and stay current on the evolving AI threat landscape.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in security engineering, including hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML security risks (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, adversarial ML, data poisoning) and experience mitigating them.
• Proficiency with SAST/DAST, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Core Competencies:

• Applies established security engineering methods and growing AI/ML security knowledge to assess and harden AI systems.
• Handles moderately complex security assessments and escalates novel or ambiguous risks to senior leadership.
• Works closely with Data & Analytics, Engineering, and stakeholders to communicate findings clearly.
