Role Overview:
- Man a 24x7x365 cybersecurity operations center and manage escalated alerts.
- Coordinate incident response, stakeholder communication, and remediation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Track incident lifecycles and document all actions taken during and after events.
- Serve as key Incident Management personnel and guide Tier 1/Tier 2 analysts.
- Perform log analysis, triage, and escalate notifications to Federal Leadership per SOPs.
Requirements:
- Possess 7+ years experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in cybersecurity.
- Hold an active CISSP, GCIH, Security X, CSAE, or CSIE certification.
- Demonstrate expertise in Splunk SIEM, Microsoft Defender EDR, and XSOAR.
