Senior Machine Learning Engineer

SmithRx is searching for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Platform Engineering and AI team and work on customer facing and internal tooling that leverages AI to improve productivity and quality. You will work directly with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts in the definition of new generative AI capabilities. Qualified candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, know how to train and fine-tune ML models, and design and implement ML-powered systems at scale. Responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end ML solutions, collaborating with engineering teams to productionize models, leveraging data to uncover new ML use cases, identifying GenAI use cases, and contributing to building a scalable ML infrastructure. You will also act as a thought partner on emerging ML/AI capabilities.
