Associate Design Director, B2B

Fetch is seeking an Associate Design Director, B2B to lead the creative vision and execution that define how our brand shows up to partners and advertisers. You’ll guide the design strategy that makes Fetch look big, bold, and unmistakably joyful — while ensuring every piece of work reflects the craft, clarity, and consistency that our brand is known for. This role sits within the B2B Marketing team, working in close partnership with Demand Marketing, Strategic Content, PR, and Experiential teams to bring our partner story to life across campaigns, presentations, and experiences.

You’ll balance high-level creative leadership with a hands-on design mindset — setting the vision, mentoring designers, and contributing to key projects where your creative touch makes the difference. You will report to the General Manager of the B2B Marketing team while being integrated with the broader creative design team.
