About the Role:
- Leads the data analytics function across a portfolio of live service games.
- Manages and develops a team of embedded analysts.
- Builds tools and frameworks for sharper, faster insights.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor a team of analysts and own the centralized analytics roadmap.
- Partner with product managers to maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Establish high standards for methodology, automation, and AI tooling.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in analytics or data science with 2+ years managing a team.
- Deep expertise in A/B testing and advanced SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of consumer product KPIs in live service or F2P.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in games, live service, or UGC platforms.
- Familiarity with dbt and Python.
