The Opportunity:
- Lead SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, partner with external auditors, and design IT controls.
- Support SOX planning, readiness, and training for control owners.
- Perform gap assessments and drive remediation to strengthen the control environment.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in external IT audit or technology risk assurance, with SOX 404 and ICFR expertise.
- Big 4 experience or equivalent, with strong handling of cloud and hybrid environments.
- Proven ability to lead audits end-to-end and communicate clearly.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with fintech/crypto and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT.
- CPA, CISA, or CRISC certification is a plus.
