Senior Fullstack Software Engineer A.I.

Pebl is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer A.I. to join the AI & Knowledge team, responsible for building their conversational AI assistant (Alfie). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling innovative LLM based solutions that improves the user's experience. This role's focus will be on the backend, but ideal candidates will be able to stretch where needed as our project evolves.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Build, optimize, and maintain applications and services using TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS in a serverless environment.
• Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of constant learning and improvement.
• Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance our technology stack.
