This role requires screening telephone calls before transferring to the assigned legal team and persistently monitoring all incoming calls, and updating our system. Responsibilities include following up on missed calls and pending inquiries, taking accurate notes, writing emails, transcribing notes, researching legal documents, and creating spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency and have 1-2 years of customer service experience, coupled with a strong background in performance-based metrics. Case Management software experience is a plus.
