Senior Data Scientist Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data science initiatives, defining methodologies, technical approaches, and best practices.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimize statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Own the complete data science lifecycle, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics, with proven technical leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills, with experience in AWS cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to mentor team members.
