Senior Release Engineer

This is a greenfield role where you'll solve complex technical challenges that directly impact our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality features across our web and mobile applications. You will build and own the end-to-end release process, design and implement comprehensive CI/CD pipelines and create release infrastructure from scratch, including automated testing frameworks, deployment orchestration, and rollback mechanisms.

You'll establish quality gates and validation processes, work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams, implementing sophisticated release strategies including feature flags, staged rollouts, and A/B testing infrastructure. Further, build monitoring and observability into the release process, transform our release process from reactive to proactive, document and evangelize release processes, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing release metrics.
