Act as a cross functional leader supporting teams with experience design, product strategy, product management, and engineering. Change management and enablement of organizational transformation on an ongoing basis. Lead enterprise client engagements in product delivery as a strategic project, client, and people leader.Β
Demonstrate competency in all core program management capabilities with internal teams and clients including: Project Scoping & Delivery Workstream Planning, Project Stakeholder Alignment & Initial Goal Setting, Coordinating research activities and workshop facilitation, Project Health Reporting & Analytics, Vendor & Global Resource Management, Client & Steering Committee Relationship Management, Project Operations & Financial Management, Manage Cross Functional Teams Agile Product Delivery (App Team Design & Management). Define scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders. Manage budgets for large programs and facilitate resourcing needs for effective delivery on key client projects. Create and maintain all project documentation including status reports, work plans, risk logs, and presentations. Proactively communicate project details across all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner. Listen to clients and team memberβs feedback to improve the firmβs holistic program management capabilities. Identify adjacent opportunities within active client projects and partner with sales on opportunity pursuits. Assist in developing project management and product management best practices to improve the firmβs delivery.
