Editorial Director

You will build and scale our editorial function within the Delivery Organization, responsible for hiring, training, and developing Managing Editors who operate within pod structures alongside Account Managers to deliver exceptional AI-powered content at scale. You will hire, onboard, and train ~30 Managing Editors across our Client Delivery Organization, develop comprehensive training programs for new Managing Editors on AI workflows, editorial standards, and quality processes, create hiring rubrics, interview processes, and assessment criteria to identify top editorial talent. Also, you will build ongoing training modules to continuously upskill Managing Editors on new AI tooling capabilities and workflow improvements.
