Join the App Development team to design, build, and maintain scalable, user-friendly web applications that enhance the mortgage experience for customers and internal teams. Work across the full stack in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to every stage of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities include developing web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, Node.JS, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL, building responsive web pages from design mockups, writing clean, efficient, and secure code, collaborating with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, participating in code reviews and troubleshooting complex technical issues, identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience, and mentoring junior developers and promoting user-focused, secure development.
