Mentorship:
- Take an active role in the professional development of junior designers.
- Provide regular 1:1 creative guidance and technical coaching.
Art Direction:
- Collaborate with creative leadership to set the visual tone and motion language for major campaigns.
- Confidently present creative work and project updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and standardize the use of Generative AI tools within the team's workflow.
- Develop complex component libraries in Figma and motion systems in After Effects/Jitter.
