About the Role:
- Lead engaging virtual groups for adolescents in PHP/IOP mental health program.
- Incorporate creative activities including art, music, movement, writing, and mindfulness.
Facilitation & Activities:
- Create structured, age-appropriate activities that promote creativity and emotional expression.
- Maintain engagement in a virtual group setting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a creative, educational, or behavioral health field.
- Group facilitation experience and experience with adolescents 13–17.
- Familiarity with PHP, IOP, or behavioral health settings, and remote facilitation.
Compensation & Logistics:
- Fully remote independent contractor opportunity.
- Payment is issued biweekly upon invoice submission.
- Groups are held 2–3 times per week.

Adolescent Wellness Academy provides PHP and IOP mental health services for adolescents ages 13–17 across South Florida. We serve young people and their families during critical moments, and we foster a warm, creative, and dependable environment for our team and clients.
