About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced clinician passionate about delivering evidence-based virtual therapy to adolescents.
- As a Program Therapist, you will facilitate group therapy and serve as an individual therapist for your own caseload.
- You'll collaborate with a full treatment team to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
What You’ll Do:
- Use CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP in group and individual sessions.
- Meet with patients individually to assess progress and guide treatment.
- Coordinate care with outside providers and communicate with family when indicated.
Who You Are:
- Hold an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD in Illinois with 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Skilled in virtual therapy platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
