Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and families (ages 4+).
- Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning using the Care Dashboard.
- Manage a flexible caseload of at least 5 hours per week, specializing in low-acuity cases like ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

Required Qualifications:
- Active associate clinical license in Arizona (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
- 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
- Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
