What You’ll Do:
- Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families using a whole-family approach.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality clinical care.
- Utilize measurement-based care and standardized assessments to guide treatment planning and monitor progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families using evidence-based approaches.
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, comfortable delivering care virtually.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is $40 to $85 per completed session, with $30 for no-shows or late cancellations.
- Benefits include 12 company holidays, accrued sick time, 401(k) program, EAP, and malpractice insurance.
- This is a part-time, non-exempt W-2 position with paid administrative time and handling of billing and credentialing.
