  • Assist Program Directors in overseeing the quality of care for virtual PHP and IOP programs and manage a clinical team of 5-10 group therapists.
  • Conduct patient intakes, provide individual and group therapy, and coordinate care with outside providers to ensure continuity of treatment.
  • Support program development, provide clinical supervision, ensure adherence to policies, and handle crisis management and community outreach.
