Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project sponsors/stakeholder groups to understand scope of a project.
- Utilize pre-existing parametric estimating tool to generate parametric estimates in accordance with AACE estimate class requirements.
- Facilitate the identification of changes to the parametric estimating tool to provide data in a more usable format.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum10 years of professional cost estimating experience, in developing estimate packages for design & construction.
- Industry experience estimating construction projects for energy utilities and/or above/below grade civil estimating.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 10% on-site.
