Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of estimates, assist proposal teams, and lead reviews while clearly documenting assumptions.
• Perform financial analysis, calculate profitability metrics, and prepare forecasts like ROIC and IRR.
• Supervise junior staff by task development, goal setting, and performance documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration plus 6+ years of estimator experience, including environmental remediation.
• Must pass state/federal background checks, hold US Citizenship, and possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Sage Estimating Software is preferred.

Additional Details:

• This is a full-time remote position within the United States, requiring up to 40% travel nationwide.
• Experience with large, firm-fixed-price environmental remediation projects over $10M is highly desired.
• The role is a supervisory/technical specialist position planning and supervising subordinate work.
